Bhairab Kunda Treks - Bhairav Kunda - means in Sanskrit a holy lake named after a destructive name of lord Shiva the "Bhairav". The place "Bhairav Kunda" is located to the northeast of Kathmandu and next right to Panch Pokhari and closer to Nepal - Tibet border. After we eat breakfast at the restaurant near by our office, we take a bus ride out of the Valley and up through the hills. After 5 hours bus ride we arrive at the trek starting point called Jalbire.
Panch Pokhari Treks - Panch Pokhari is named after 5 holy ponds and Hindus religiously respect the place. This is just northeast of Kathmandu toward snow wall. The beautiful Himalayan view and pristine nature with distinct culture is the most attraction of the trek. After we eat breakfast at the restaurant near by our office, we take a bus ride out of the Valley and up through the hills.
Dhud Kunda Trek - Though less high and famous than the neighboring Khumbu, it is likewise inhabited by the friendly Sherpa people. Solu also receives far less trekking traffic than the Khumbu, making for a more intimate and authentic experience. Dudh Kunda Lake is situated at the foot of Number Himal, locally known as Shorong Yul Lha, "Protector of Solu ".
