Gokyo Chola Pass Trek

The Trek to Gokyo offers an alternative to the traditional trek to the Everest Base Camp. From Gokyo more of Everest is visible, though from a slightly greater distance, than from either Kala Pattar. The mountains are even more spectacular in the Gokyo valley, and four 8000m peaks - Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse and Makalu are visible an one time. The view of the tremendous ice ridge between Cho-Oyu and Gyachung Kang (7622m) is one of the most dramatic panoramas in the Khumbu.
There are many options for additional exploration and high altitude walking include the crossing of the Cho-La Pass, at 5420m one of the high pass in Solukhumbu. We can also combine the Gokyo trek with visits to Base Camp or Kala Pattar for a closer view of the great mountain's features.

Day 01 : Pick up from the Airport, transfer to hotel and welcome dinner.
Day 02 : Sightseeing in kathmandu Valley.
Day 03 : Kathmandu - Lukla by flight & trek to phakding (2652m) (4 hours)
Day 04 : Phakding to Namche bazaar (3446m) (6 hours).
Day 05 : Rest in Namche Bazaar for Acclimitization.
Day 06 : Namche Bazaar to Phortse Thanga (3500m) (5 hours).
Day 07 : Phortse Thanga to Dole (4200m) (3:30 hours).
Day 08 : Dole to Machherma (4410m) (3:30 hours).
Day 09 : Machherma to Gokyo (4750m) (4 hours).
Day 10 : Gokyo to Gokyo Ri (5360m) Gokyo.
Day 11 : Gokyo to Five Lake (Namelesh tower) Gokyo (6 to 7 hours).
Day 12 : Gokyo to Thangna (4700m) (3 hours).
Day 13 : Thangna to cholapass O/V in Dzongla (4843m) (7 to 8 hrs.).
Day 14 : Dzongla to Labuche (4930m) (3:30 hours).
Day 15 : Labuche to Kalapather O/N Gorackshep (5150m) (6 to 7hrs).
Day 16 : Gorackshep to EBC overnight in Gorackshep (7 hours).
Day 17 : Gorackshep to Dingboche (4413m) (6 hours).
Day 18 : Dingboche to Chukung (4730m) (Ri 5300m.)Back to Chukung.
Day 19 : Chukung to Tengboche (3870m) (6 hours).
Day 20 : Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3446m) (6 hours).
Day 21 : Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2800m) (7 to 8 hours).
Day 22 : Lukla to Kathmandu by flight overnight in Hotel.
Day 23 : free/sightseeing in kathmandu.
Day 24 : Transfer you in International Airport for flight home.
